US markets trade mixed as markets await Fed interest rate decision

Stocks were mixed on Wednesday as traders await key interest rate decision and fresh guidance from the Federal Reserve. The Dow climbed 266 points, or 0.58%, to 46,024, driven by strength in blue-chip names.
